How synchronized screen playback works

EZ Video Wall is designed for simple multi-screen playback. One controller room manages uploads, pairing, usage tracking, and synchronized playback across multiple displays.

Basic setup flow

1. Upload an MP4 file to the room.
2. Open the receiver page on each target display.
3. Pair each Chromecast or receiver device to the room.
4. Start playback once every screen is ready.

What the controller can do

The room owner can manage paired displays, start synchronized playback, monitor state, and relaunch the room without rebuilding the setup for every screen.

Best use cases

Trade-show walls, storefront loops, temporary event displays, and internal demo environments where one operator needs to keep multiple screens aligned.

Pricing and traffic planning

Plans are priced by active screens and location needs. Additional screens are $15 per screen per month or $150 per screen per year, with 500 GB of monthly fair-use traffic added for each screen. Short events can use the $149/day self-service event pass, which includes four screens, then adds extra event screens at $25 per screen per day. Managed event walls start at a $750 minimum.
